I've been working at Eternal Tattoos since January 2005,but had been tattooing for 2 years previously to that.I've always loved artwork, especially if its got skulls or anything spooky and fucked up. Prior to lifting tattoo machines I did alot of airbrushing, winning awards for custom paintjobs on bikes, cars, lids and leathers. I basically got sick of looking at standard paintjobs so I did something different. That went really well, which led to me doing tattoo designs for friends and myself. one thing led to another and I started tattooing friends, then I got the job here at Eternal Tattoos!

My first tattoo was a devils head with a stitched up mouth ! My interest in tattooing grew rapidly and it wasn't long before I got my second tattoo! The rest is history....

Black and grey horror and portraits are where my real interests lies, but love tattooing all styles, realistic, new skool, fine line, tribal, full colour and coverups! My biggest influences are Bob Tyrell, after talking with him at The Calgary Tattoo Convention and letting me watch him work and tattooing my hand-he is a fucking legend,!Cheers Bob, see you at London 2006, as well as Paul Booth and Liorcifor who tattooed my neck- simply due to the style of work, horror and the dark images, so much so that I travelled to NewYork to have some work at 'Last Rites'. My favorite tattoo is my backpiece, tattooed by 3 different artists.'Sinner' was tattooed in Australia while I was travelling, the face below the writing was tattooed at 'Last Rites' by Dan Marshall, and the rest of my back was tattooed by Ruth (my wife) here at Eternal Tattoos-so far it stands me at 34 hours under the needle. The work speaks for itself-outstanding!

Robb Hails: My maker, the watcher, my beautiful wife Ruth for her love and encouragement and for being my constant companion thriugh time, installing faith love and strength all is for you! Lulu and Sonny, the most wonderful children to walk the earth, you complete me.My Grandparents, Anne and Bobly for love and support, Adam for being a true friend thanks for everything bro. my partner in crime Russell 'the chopfather', hell yeah, to the artist who have inspired me and pushed me to do better work, respect to you all, no doubt i have left some people out, so to those thanks for your help and support, and to those that tried to break it down and talk shit, fuck you! You know who you are, what doesnt kill me makes me stronger, Dont be afarid to be different!

Believe in something.
